TAWHEED (ONENESS OF ALLAH)

TAWHEED (ONENESS OF ALLAH)

Introduction

All Praise be to Allah, we praise Him, seek His help and His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of our souls and evils of our deeds. One whom Allah guides, none can lead him astray, and one whom He misguides, none can guide him. I bear witness that there is no god(1) but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad (SAW) is His servant and His messenger.

O you who believe. Fear Allah truly, and don't you die except in a state of Islam (Ali-Imran 3:102).

O Mankind! Be dutiful to your Load, Who created you from a single person (Adam), and from him (Adam) He created his wife [Hawwa (Eve)], and from them both He created many men and women; and fear Allah through Whom you demand (your mutual rights), and (do not cut the relations of) the wombs (kinship). Surely, Allah is Ever an All-Watcher over you. (An-Nisa 4:1).

O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allah and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth. He will direct you to do righteous good deeds and will forgive you your sins. And whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger (pbuh), he has indeed achieved a great achievement (i.e. he will be saved from the Hell-fire and will be admitted to Paradise. (Al-Ahzab 33:70-71).

The best of speech is the speech of Allah. That is The Book of Allah. The best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad. Of all matters, the worst are innovations; and everything new is an innovation, and every innovation is a deviation, and every deviation leads to Hell-fire.

The Dangers of 'He Said, She Said' With Advice from Shaykh Rabee' ibn Haadee

A crippling issue amongst the Muslims and the destroyer of Brotherhood. The issue of 'a l-qeela wa qal ', 'He Said, She Said' is at the root of division amongst those ascribing themselves to ahlus-sunnah. An important reminder on the impermissibility of carrying tales, the destructive end for the one who does it and the correct position the salafee should take towards it, as it is mentioned in the article:

"When one hears his brother sinning and transgressing by spreading tales and speaking of ‘he said, she said' amongst the people than let him say to his brother, “The Messenger of Allaah said: “Whoever believes in Allaah and the Last Day then let him say good or remain quiet.” Or at the least one should remove himself from the sittings of ‘he said, she said' and the tale carrying from the statement of Allaah, “And if they come upon vain speech, they pass by graciously [not involving themselves in it nor listening] .” [Sooratul-Qasas, 28:55]”

Allah's Messenger is always the reason ... COur syahadatain comprises of two parts. First and foremost is La ilaha ill-Allah to declare ourselves that there is none whatsoever is worthy to be worshipped except Allah alone. The second part of our syahadatain is to declare and witness that Muhammad is Allah's Slave and Messenger. This declaration is to make us conciously aware that Rasulullah Saw is just a slave and Messenger of Allah.
